Patrick O’Keefe, Founder and CEO of O’Keefe, is scheduled to speak at the Federal Bar Association for the Western District of Michigan’s 29th Annual Bankruptcy Seminar.

Mr. O’Keefe will participate in the panel discussion “Advanced Chapter 11/Asset Sale.” The panel will be moderated by Chief Judge Phillip J. Shefferly of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Pat will be joined by panelists Paul Hage of Jaffe, Raitt, Heuer & Weiss, P.C., and David A. Hall of Miller, Johnson, Snell & Cummiskey, P.L.C.

The seminar features plenary and breakout sessions covering hot topics and recent developments in bankruptcy law and is attended by expert consumer and commercial insolvency professionals, including 18 sitting and retired judges.
