Brian Vargason is an Associate at O’Keefe in the corporate finance group. Mr. Vargason assists senior-level management with the preparation for all activities associated with M&A engagements. This preparation can include anything from financial modeling, industry research, material development and transactional process management. Prior to joining O’Keefe, Mr. Vargason served as an Analyst at Boulevard & Co., a middle-market investment bank and direct investment firm based in Detroit, MI. Previous to Boulevard, he completed internships with Rockbridge Growth Equity and Siebert Cisneros Shank & Company. He is a recent graduate from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance.
