Finlandia University is undergoing a judicially supervised dissolution in the State of Michigan Circuit Court for the County of Ingham under Case No. 23-000185-CB-C30. Patrick O’Keefe and O’Keefe and Associates Consulting, LLC has been appointed as receiver.
