It is with great pleasure we announce the promotion of Julie Lock and Brian Vargason from Analyst to Associate.

Julie Lock, member of the Litigation Support team, has been promoted to Associate. Her litigation-related experience includes preparing financial analyses, researching industry and market trends, and preparing reports in matters involving shareholder disputes, lost profits, breach of contract, employment disputes and others. She is currently earning her Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification through the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI).

Brian Vargason, member of the Corporate Finance team, has been promoted to Associate. He assists senior-level management with the preparation for all activities associated with M&A engagements. This preparation can include anything from financial modeling, industry research, material development and transactional process management. He is currently earning his Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification through the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI).
