O’Keefe, a financial and strategic advisory firm, announced today that it has added Enterprise Consulting as a new practice group. The announcement was made by Pat O’Keefe, firm founder and CEO.
Heading the group is Linda McConkey, a managing director at O’Keefe. McConkey brings significant consulting experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation; acquisition due diligence and integration; governance, risk and controls; IT strategy, business continuity for disaster recovery; data center operations; Sarbanes-Oxley compliance; process and performance improvement; risk management; brand & marketing strategy; customer relationship management; and program and project management.
Her experience extends to a range of industry sectors, including: healthcare, financial services, telecomm, technology, publishing, scientific, consumer products, retail and pharmaceutical; assisting clients of all sizes, from small privately held companies to multi-national, multi-billion dollar entities.
