Bloomfield Hills, Mich. – Strategic and Financial Advisory Firm, O’Keefe, today announced John Bartkowski has joined the organization as a Managing Director in the Chicago office.

John is formerly vice president of Charles River Associates (CRA). John brings over 15 years of experience in the expert services and litigation consulting industry. He has held various leadership positions with strengths focused on business development.

John’s practice focuses primarily on commercial disputes and damages analyses across various industries. He has participated in numerous consulting assignments involving breach of contract, patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, licensing, antitrust, business interruption, dealer termination, warranty, securities, valuation, and fraudulent conveyance matters. He also participated in several significant SEC investigations with regards to e-discovery accumulation. John has also been a consultant in the areas of intellectual property, business valuations, and lost profits/damages.

Prior to joining CRA, John was a Director in LECG’s business development group, and before that, he was a Director for business development at Navigant Consulting.

John earned his Bachelor Degree in Finance from Miami University.
